What to Bring

Bring sunscreen, a hat, a jacket, and a beach chair or blanket to sit on the sand, or the grass to watch the racing.  Bring an ID if you with to visit the Beer Garden. Cash although there is an ATM. Entry is $12 per adult, Under 12 and military are free.  Bring your binoculars, your friends, and your club, school, and team spirit to cheer for the athletes.

What to Leave at Home

Your dogs, because by City ordinance they are not allowed in the park grounds or in parking lots, alcohol, as there is a beach-wide alcohol ban (although we are permitted to sell beer, wine and spirits at this special event), your bicycles because they are not allowed inside the fence (although you may chain it to the fence), your pop-up tents, as those aren’t permitted inside the fenced venue as well.  For details, see Park Rules

How to Find Everything

A map of Crown Point Shores showing where things are will be posted in March.  It is the main staging area.  The crews park their boats on the grass at the north end, in lettered areas.  Check back for a list and map showing where each crew will be located on the shore.

Video/DVDs

A Jumbotron will show live video of races start to finish. DVDs of each race are available for sale  in advance and after the event, and on site in the Crew Classic Merchandise Tent one hour after that race ends.

ATM

ATM machines are on site for your convenience.  One is located in the Crew Classic merchandise tent.  Another ATM can be found adjacent to the Information tent.
