Rowers and coxswains (the crew) can sign up on the Competitors list.

Coaches, administrators and other organizers should sign up on the Team Contacts list.

Vendors 

Vendors should add their email address to the Vendors announcement list.

The Crew Classic doesn’t send a lot of email and your addresses remain private and for use only by the Crew Classic.
