The entry fee are due at the time the entry is submitted at Regatta Central for each boat entered in each event, with the exception of the individual boats entered in the Copley and Jessop-Whittier varsity invitational events. The Copley and Jessop-Whittier entries are exempt from the per boat entry fee; however, all other entries from a Copley-entered or Jessop-Whittier-entered institution are subject to the entry fee.
There are no refunds
2017 ENTRY FEES – after February 1 add $90 per entry late fee
- $410 per 8+, $405 per 4+ – Juniors, Collegiate and Masters entries, all events
Entry fees are submitted on-line or by mailing a check to the Crew Classic Office

Checks must arrive within 10 business days of the entry being submitted on-line.
Entries are not processed as final until all fees have been received.
LATE ENTRY AND SCRATCH PENALTIES
- LATE ENTRY PENALTIES: A “late entry” is any entry submitted, or fees received after February 1 a $90.00 fee will be assessed to all late entries and late payments.
- SCRATCH PENALTIES: Failure to scratch an entry in a timely manner will jeopardize future entries and other entries in the regatta from the same program. Please submit all scratches in writing (Fax 619 225-0301) or e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org
- REFUNDS: There are no refunds except if a race is cancelled by the organizing committee.
