CERTIFICATION OF ELIGIBILITY

Collegiate:  Collegiate institutions must formally certify the NCAA eligibility of their student athletes to compete in collegiate events. The signature of the university’s athletic director or appropriate official on each page of a hard copy of the Lineup Form is required for certification.  This form is submitted at Check-in.

Club:  The Club Championship will require the club president, or other appropriate officer, to certify that every member on the lineup has been an active member of the club since October 2009, has regularly participated in club rowing and training, and lives within an approximate 100-mile radius of the club facilities.  The Lineup Form, with appropriate signature, is to be submitted at check-in.

CREW LINEUP FORM

• Paper Lineups will be submitted at check-in, stapled to a waiver for each person in the lineup.  Print the pdf form noted above OR, if you have entered the form on Regatta Central, you may print and submit a copy.  All Masters and Juniors must complete birth date and age information.
